How long will my order take to ship?

There is a 1-3 business day processing window for all orders, including those with expedited shipping. Once processed, your order will ship with standard shipping (5-7 business days) via USPS. Due to service delays across shipping carriers please allow extra days for tracking updates and final delivery.

There was an issue with my delivery. What should I do?

Please reach out to us at orders@teabarpdx.com with the details. Please note, we do not offer refunds for shipping delays, incorrectly provided addresses, or packages marked delivered but not received.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?
